Gesha coffees are prized for their exotic complexity, offering a bouquet of floral and fruit aromas across the spectrum. Grower Jairo Arcila brings us this coffee from his farm in the Quindio region of Colombia. The cherries are processed naturally and the lactic acid fermentation is carefully monitored by controlling temperature and pH. Notes of strawberry are unmistakable, with hibiscus, apricot, and honey following. As the cup cools it becomes more complex with the addition of orange peel and chamomile.
