An anaerobic fermented natural coffee from the Kasama Province, Zambia. The cherries are double handpicked for ripeness, then closed in airtight tanks for a 24-30 hour ferment. They then dry on raised beds in the sun for 18-20 days. The result is a winey, ripe red berry note with refined sweetness and a heavy body.
