Los Pinos is a collective of small coffee farms and families in the San Jose region of Marcala in Honduras. Together with the De La Finca Marcala Farm Project, Los Pinos is experimenting with new ways of coffee production. With complexity ranging from dark fruits and berries to chocolate and nuttiness, this cup represents the hard work of a collective striving for excellence.
Tasting notes include: semi-sweet chocolate, fig, raspberry jam, and pecan. Light roast whole bean coffee.
