Christmas Roast 2024

Welcome the holiday season with flavors of plum, fig jam, and caramel in this single origin roast from the West Valley region of Costa Rica. 

This year's Christmas Roast is a honey processed coffee from the Cerro San Luis Micromill. This micromill is at the home of the Delgado brothers, who each operate farms next to each other. Over the last several years they have focused on expanding their varietals and improving their quality.

The coffee is filled with a fruit complexity, but the acidity, sweetness, and body are balanced for a smooth sweet finish. Our Christmas Roast is here to make your holiday season extra special.
