We are not your average coffeehouse. White Rock Coffee is an independent, award winning coffee roaster and coffeehouse. Yep, KRUPS says we are one of the top 15 coffeehouses in AMERICA! But our proudest accomplishments are the loyal customers we've served over almost two decades in business.

We are not your average place to work. We have a team of fun, witty baristas who are serious about their jobs and enjoy a highly caffeinated workplace. We care about the world around us. We host art openings for the local school art programs. We are involved in fundraising for a school in the Dominican Republic. We host food drives for our local food bank. We are real.

We do not employ your average barista. We look for motivated, positive, coffee lovers that possess superior customer service skills. We have a comprehensive training program to make sure you are successful at White Rock Coffee. For that reason, we do not hire temporary staff. We want to invest in you and your career full-time. There is a definite career track at White Rock Coffee from barista to shift lead to assistant manager to manager.

We are not your average coffee roaster. We source coffee that is responsibly grown. About 85% of the coffee we source is Direct Trade. We talk directly to the coffee grower or farm owner to purchase their coffee. Much of our coffee is Rainforest Alliance Certified which is a certification we look for in a coffee farm. Not only does this certification mean that the farmer is using superior agricultural processes, but it also means that they take care of their workers. We craft roast each farm's coffee to the peak of flavor, the sweet spot, and serve it to our treasured customers. We take care of the coffee these farms produce and share it with our customers.
