We are not your average place to work. We have a team of fun, witty baristas who are serious about their jobs and enjoy a highly caffeinated workplace. We care about the world around us. We host art openings for the local school art programs. We host food drives for our local food bank. We are real.

We do not employ your average barista. We look for motivated, positive, coffee lovers that possess superior customer service skills. We have a comprehensive training program to make sure you are successful at White Rock Coffee. For that reason, we do not hire temporary staff. We want to invest in you and your career full-time. There is a definite career track at White Rock Coffee from barista to shift lead to assistant manager to manager.

We are not your average coffee roaster. We source coffee that is responsibly grown. We talk directly to the coffee grower or farm owner to purchase their coffee. We craft roast each farm's coffee to the peak of flavor, the sweet spot, and serve it to our treasured customers. We take care of the coffee these farms produce and share it with our customers.
