Lady of the Lake
Lady of the Lake
A WRC favorite since 2005, it's our darkest roast with beans from South America, Central America, and Indonesia. Flavor notes are reminiscent of bittersweet chocolate and blackstrap molasses. It has a deep, dark, smoky profile, but not bitter.
Roast Level: Dark

This blend was named after the 1940s account of a ghostly appearance of a woman at our neighborhood lake in Dallas, TX, White Rock Lake. As the story goes, a woman drowns in the lake and has been making "appearances" ever since, trying to find her way back home to Historic Lakewood. Get the full story here.
