Colombia Huila Pink Bourbon Anaerobic

Using the pink bourbon varietal and an anaerobic natural process method Luis Anibal Calderon offers up a unique coffee from his farm Villa Betulia in the Huila region of Colombia. Initial notes of raspberry open up to white peach, and the finish is winey with dark chocolate. The unique anaerobic process gives this coffee a darker look than a typical light roast.
