Colombia Narino Honey Berries
Grown by Huver Castillo at El Paseo in Nariño. The coffee undergoes a 48-hour pre-fermentation in the cherry before being pulped and dried. The coffee is then sealed in steel tanks for 10 days with the pulped coffee cherry for anaerobic fermentation. The result is a rich berry forward cup.
