Colombia Passion Fruit Castillo Honey

Grown by Alven Santana at Finca Grano de Oro in Quindio, this castillo varietal was fermented in the cherry for 72 hours with passion fruit and wine yeast. The coffee was then pulped and dried on raised beds alongside more fresh passion fruit.
