Ethiopia Chelchele Natural

From the Chelchele washing station in the village of Chelchele, the district of Kochere, and the region of Yirgacheffe. Coffee farms are very small in Ethiopia, and during the harvest season various smallholder farmers contribute daily to this washing station, where their lots are blended. The cup is a complex mix of red fruit and berries, stone fruits, and refreshing citrus notes.
