World of Coffee: Latin America
Summary: Multi-part presentation featuring a collection of research and information surrounding
the cultivation of coffee in numerous countries across Latin America. We will discuss the
agriculture of coffee including the geographical, topological, and ecological factors that play into
the unique origin characteristics of Latin American coffee. We will then break down their
intricacies by country and discuss their distinctions from origin notes, processing, and drying.
We will feature coffee from: Brazil, Costa Rica, and Colombia. One coffee per origin for tastings.
